Preparing for Your MA Annual Meeting

Listed below is an outline of helpful information to assist the MA in preparing for:

  • Coordination of WEF Representative's visit to MA meeting
  • Submit necessary WEF required information prior to MA meeting
  • Submit necessary WEF required information after MA meeting

MAs Will Receive from WEF - Prior to Annual Meeting

WEF Representative's Visit to MA Annual Meeting:

Sandi McDougall, WEF Executive Assistant, will send the following information to the MA Delegate, MA Staff, and MA Secretary three months prior to MA meeting. No later than two months prior to meeting, MA must submit all **starred forms**  to Sandi McDougall (smcdougall@wef.org).

WEF Distinguished Honors and Awards


MA must submit to nomination(s) 8 weeks prior to meeting:

  • Awards List, Descriptions, & Criteria
  • MA Awards (Bedell, Hatfield, Laboratory Analyst Excellence & Burke Service Awards
  • Quarter Century Operators' Club - (Submit annually by July 1)
  • Award Order Forms
  • Service Form
  • Delegate Service Award


WEF Will Receive from MA Following Annual Meeting

   Two weeks after MAs Annual Meeting, MA must submit the following:

  • List of MA Officers and Committee Chairs -
    E-mail Current Year MA Leaders within two weeks after annual meeting to: Sandi McDougall smcdougall@wef.org  
  • **MA Annual Report** - To include MA Annual Meeting Dates for the Next two years
