More than 1200 WEF members serve as authors and reviewers on the Technical Practice Committee (TPC), developing Manuals of Practice and other technical publications on industrial and hazardous wastes, municipal topics, residuals, and water quality and ecology topics. The TPC uses a consensus review procedure to develop technical publications that reflect the state of industry practice.
