The Committee shall recommend, develop, and conduct programs to assess and distribute informtion in the control of pollutants related to the understanding, monitoring, use and protection of aquatic ecosystems.
- Develop workshops and moderate technical sessions each year at WEFTEC®;
- Assist the Watershed Management Committee in the development of the biannual specialty conferences Watershed and TMDL Science;
- Author articles for WEF's technical journals; and
- Provide comments to WEF Government Affairs on Federation Position Statements and U.S. government regulations and policies.
