The Water Environment Federation Honors and Awards provide an opportunity to recognize individuals and organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the water environment profession, WEF, and its Member Associations.
WEF is proud to present honored recipients with a variety of awards for their hard work in protecting one of the world's most valuable resources. Award recipients are individuals and organizations that contribute to the sustainability of water resources and make a profound impact on the future of the world’s water through involvement with water professionals and education.
In the links on the left-hand side of the page, you can view WEF's recent water award recipients or read more about our wastewater awards and the qualifications for receiving them. We have a number of annual water awards that are bestowed upon individuals for service, education excellence, and much more. Also, we make it easy to nominate deserving individuals and organizations. For the 2009 award nominations, complete the one-page nomination form and mail it in to the address below. The deadline for 2009 nominations is April 1, 2009.
