What did we Learn...
Written materials i.e. SOPs, are necessary; place the right people with the right job, committee, tasks; Turf world goes away...NPs do not see turf role so do not force them to choose; don't stifle the NP from moving forward. As an organization you need to focus on one thing well, but not so much that you don't see the bigger picture. Sustain business model and stay out in front, sense what is coming and do not operate in emergency mode. It is to be a living breathing document and can never be considered done.
