Approximately thirty participants attended the two-day Forum. Participants reflected a variety of backgrounds and perspectives on wet weather management issues, including utilities, state and regional environmental agencies, national and regional environmental interest organizations, EPA Office of Water and Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, key local and county officials, academics, and consultants.
