This conference was held at the University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill on March 30 - April 11, 2008.
Leadership has become a topic of great interest for public water and wastewater utility managers. To meet this need, the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA), the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and WEF have joined together in the development of a joint-venture Water and Wastewater Leadership Center for public utility leaders.
