Working Together to Address Wet Weather Challenges

The WEF Collection Systems Committee, in association with the Kentucky/Tennessee Water Environment Association, is pleased to announce that the 2009 Specialty Conference will be held in Louisville, Kentucky.
Call for Abstracts Deadline: July 14, 2008 The 2009 Specialty Conference Committee is soliciting abstracts that focus on national collection system issues. Abstracts are also being solicited for several sessions on wet weather challenges in the Ohio River Valley and Midwest with outcomes or lessons learned that could be applied to national issues. System operations and specific project related experiences and case studies will be used to illustrate a range of collection system solutions and planning tools.
The following list of abstract categories and themes are offered as guidelines. (Please review the detailed call for more information on these general topics.)

Call for Workshop Proposals for Collection Systems 2009 and WEFTEC 2009 Deadline: July 14, 2008 The WEF Collection System Committee is soliciting proposals for the Pre-Conference Workshops for both the 2009 WEF Collection System Conference in Louisville, KY, on April 19th, 2009, or WEFTEC in Orlando, FL, on October 18th, 2009.
Please review the proposal submittal form for additional information on this process. (The form contains instructions on submitting, tips on preparing your proposal and summarizes the review process.) The submittal form is a Word document that you will need to save to your computer to update and complete.
