This webcast was the second in WEF’s no charge series for members, which covered this topic of vital importance to so many in the water and wastewater communities. Presentations and discussions on the webcast highlighted the US EPA guidance on ARRA, including Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF funds and programs; oversight and accountability requirements for use of funds; USDA rural water and wastewater grants and loans; and using the set aside for green infrastructure, energy efficiency, and water efficiency. Webcast participants heard first hand from government officials and had an opportunity to submit questions online during the webcast.
