Tropical Dinner Buffet and Hypnotist Performance
Mingle with other state winners and get your first taste of Florida’s surf and sun at a dinner straight out of the tropics. Enjoy the sound of island tunes and make sure you save some room for the key lime pie! After dinner, the fun continues with a performance from the world’s hippest hypnotist, Tom DeLuca. At this show, you’ll become the real star as volunteers are invited on stage to take part in this truly unique show.

Friday Morning
Resort Activities and Special Sessions
Enjoy a morning as full of activities or as laid back as you want—it’s all up to you. You can choose to take part in a scavenger hunt, swim or lounge by the pool, or stop by the gym or arcade. You can also learn a few helpful hints at two short special sessions: Interviewing Tips and Making the Transition from High School to College. Whatever you decide, there’s something for everyone.

Friday Afternoon
Water For People Luncheon
Join water professionals from across Florida at this Water For People fundraising luncheon where proceeds go to help fund projects to provide safe drinking water and improved sanitation in developing countries. Water For People is an international organization dedicated to helping impoverished people improve their quality of life by supporting the development of locally sustainable drinking water resources, sanitation facilities, and health and hygiene education programs.

Dinner and More at SeaWorld
(Behind-the-Scenes Tour is a Student-Only Event)
Enjoy a fun-filled night at SeaWorld, the world’s premier marine adventure park. With thrilling rides and unforgettable animal encounters, this is sure to be an experience you won’t forget! You’ll start off with a southern-style barbeque and a special behind-the-scenes tour of the park’s water environments. After that, it’s free time in the park, where you can catch a ride on a hair-raising roller coaster, encounter penguins in their natural habitat, or take in an aquatic show.

Saturday Morning/Afternoon
Awards Ceremony and Tours at Kennedy Space Center
Embark on an out-of-this-world experience as you spend the day at Kennedy Space Center, NASA’s launch headquarters. This is the only place on Earth where you can get an up-close look at giant rockets, tour launch areas, and train in spaceflight simulators. You can also stop in to see a larger-than-life film on one of the five-story IMAX movie screens. The awards ceremony luncheon also includes a special visit from an astronaut and the day ends with a private tour, so get ready to have a blast!

Have one last meal with all your SJWP friends at the final event of the competition. Take a look back at three days of memories with a special video presentation and make sure you get your picture taken for the SJWP photo gallery.
