Keith E. Riley is a 2005-2006 member of the Board of Trustees for the Water Environment Federation (WEF), an international organization of water quality professionals headquartered in Alexandria, Va.
He is currently Assistant District Chief for the Northeast District Office of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. In that capacity, Keith oversees the Divisions of Air Pollution Control, Solid Infectious Waste, Hazardous Waste, Emergency and Remedial Response, Drinking and Groundwater, and Surface Water. |

Prior to his work with the agency, Keith worked as a project engineer for the Summit County Sanitary Engineer’s Office and as a Co-op Engineer for the Ohio Department of Health and the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency.
A WEF member since 1977, Keith has served on several committees, authored several publications and makes regular presentations at water quality conferences. In addition, he is an active member of the Ohio Environmental Health Association (OEHA) and Ohio Water Environment Association (OWEA).
The recipient of several WEF awards, Keith received a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Akron and holds licenses as a professional engineer and Class III wastewater operation. | |
