Glen Daigger is a 2005-2006 member of the Board of Trustees for the Water Environment Federation (WEF), an international organization of water quality professionals headquartered in Alexandria, Va.
He is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for CH2M HILL. Recognized as an expert in wastewater treatment - especially in the use of biological processes - Glen has also served as professor and chair of the Environmental Systems Engineering Department at Clemson University and as Director of Wastewater Reclamation at CH2M HILL.

A WEF member since 1973, Glen is a member of the WEF House of Delegates and Board of Trustees. He has also served as Chair of the task force that developed the most recent edition of the WEF MOP No. 8, Design of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants; formerly served as Chair of the Board of Editorial Review of Water Environment Research; and currently serves as Chair of the Water Environmental Federation Technical Practice Committee and Vice Chair of the Committee Leadership Council (CLC).
In addition, Glen is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Water Works Association (AWWA), Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors (AEESP), International Water Association (IWA), and the National Academy of Engineers (NAE).
A recipient of several WEF awards, including the prestigious Harrison Prescott Eddy Award (2001 and 2002), Phillip F. Morgan Award (1996), and Gascoigne Award (1982), Glen received a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in civil engineering from Purdue University. |
